Initially I didn’t want to add another “app” to phone, and tried multiple times to setup date and time. Left side buttons did not work to set day/month. Finally decided to add “app” to phone before calling customer service to see if the wound auto populate correct day/month.
After that it did work to check ketones/glucose. Just wish the website would have been upfront that the “app” was required before the device would work.
