I've been using Keto-Mojo since early 2018. When I suspected the upgrade meter I've been using for the past few years had a problem, I contacted the company and gave them the details. After an initial problem with an unsympathetic service rep, my issue was escalated to someone who understood my concerns and graciously provided a replacement under warranty. Keto-Mojo has always seemed to be a reputable business with a great product that is now the de facto tool for home glucose and keto monitoring. I use it twice weekly.
