Device was delivered and I took one glocose sample test then inserted the Ketone sample strip but the monitor device did not recognize the strip. I tried four Keytone strips and three more glucose strips. None of them would turn the device on after only one successful test, nor were they recognized if I turned the device on with the strip in the monitor. I called the customer service number and left a message, as instructed, but a recorded message encouraged to send a complaints by email for faster service??? How can emails be faster than a customer service rep on the phone?? I have not heard back from the telephone message. I don’t want to spend days sending and receiving emails back-and-forth to resolve the issue. I am going to send the device back for a refund. I even waited specifically between the instructed customer service hours to leave my message, but there was never a person to answer on the other end.
