The equipment is easy to use.
I ordered a promo bundle kit for myself, then ordered one for my husband two weeks later. Interestingly, the bundles contained different items. My husband's included a lancing device and alcohol wipes, whereas my kit did not. I emailed Customer Service, but their response was a non-response. They just told me the kits DO include a lancing evidently (mine didn't) and DON'T include alcohol wipes (his did). This makes me question the quality of their picking and shipping department.
