I was generally satisfied with the products (glucose-ketone meter, strips, lancing device, etc.) from Keto-mojo; however, my experience with their customer service (in the US) fell short. It was quite awful. I left a voicemail, and someone called me back, but he was condescending, which was unacceptable. When I tried to explain my concerns about the strips, he immediately cut me off and started giving me unrelated answers. He sounded like he was unwilling to provide customers with any support as if he were angry. He didn't listen to me at all, and the call didn't help or resolve my concerns and questions. I thanked him for calling me back and ended the call. This happened back in the summer.
Despite this negative experience, I recently placed another order for more products because I needed additional strips for my meter. If I didn't already have the meter, I would never consider buying any products from Keto-mojo again. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
