One morning my Keto Mojo stopped giving an accurate glucose reading. I tested it with the calibration liquid supplied with my kit and sure enough it was no longer reading within the calibration window. I contacted Keto Mojo and after an exchange of information to verify that indeed the reader was no longer reading correctly, they sent me a new kit.
I am very satisfied with their customer service.
