My monitor wasn't working, so I reached out to you and didn't hear back for weeks. I called. Nothing. I emailed. Nothing. I called again. Nothing. Someone did email back at some point but they didn't address my issue at all. I called again. I emailed again. Finally someone did email back with instructions and I was able to resolve my issue and was sent a brand new kit! Which I was very happy with! It just took months for me to resolve it!
