if i could give a lower score i would .... this is too difficult to operate and you do not do returns...very disceptive company. i was in business for over 30 years and i would never have not let someone return an item. Really not reputable.
below you say how did i find the return process... you do not allow returns after the package has been opened??? and that is when the customer can see how impossible it is to operate. Since i have still never used it Will you let me return??? if yes i will immediately. still never used.
