I bought a new batch of glucose strips because I was getting readings that were off by a lot compared to another meter. I intermittent fast daily so this is how I knew something was off, after receiving these new strips I’m still getting poor readings, leading me to believe that the meter is the issue. The things is still fairly new and lightly used, so I’m not sure why this is happening.
I tried reaching out to the customer support and they are not exactly helpful, they are asking a lot of questions and never followed up. These devices are not cheap so I expect more from them. At least fix the thing.
