Starting my third week in-to the Keto Plan, I've lost approx. 11 lbs. I thought I would lost a few more. However; I notice a big difference in my clothes and the amount of energy that I've gotten back. My brain is also clearer than it's been in years! I'm going to stick with it because I think this Plan is the best way to better health. Greatly reducing Carbs. is the Best way to to weight loss and a healthier you! Stop turning Carbs into Sugar!
