I don’t have anything against the Keto-Mojo device itself, and I’ve been using mine for a couple of years without issue. However, when I recently visited the website to purchase new glucose strips, I wasn’t informed that these strips would not be compatible with my older device until after I had already made the purchase.
This lack of clear communication on the website is, in my opinion, unacceptable and reflects poorly on the website’s functionality. It’s frustrating and feels misleading to customers who may not be aware of compatibility issues.
