HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I purchased the keto mojo for glucose and ketones and I continue getting back to back readings within minutes of each other that are different for glucose. I did test the machine several times with the solution and apparently it seems to be working fine so I’m not sure why I’m getting inconsistent readings??!! I’ve emailed them twice and called them once and all I hear is crickets. I’m still waiting to hear back from them and it’s already been a couple of weeks so I highly recommend that you do not purchase from this company!! Also, for some reason, I’m unable to register the machine, It says that the serial number is invalid so I think this company should be suspected of!!
