It's a good product. It works very well and useful for discerning how to keep the body in ketosis. It's a bit expensive to buy the testing strips. I found it frustrating that I couldn't buy keto strips separately as it would be cheaper. It's useful to do the glucose strip as well but I'd probably have chosen to buy keto strips by themselves if I could to keep the cost down
