Customer service regarding my concerns of broken meter. It’s still reading but I’m not sure how accurate because it does a weird flashing thing when I put glucose strip in. I stated my concerns and I received a way to spend more money to see if the device is faulty. Instead of being mailed whatever testing mechanism for the meter free of charge or just sent a new one. You would have made more money on my ketone test strips as a long term loyal customer. I mean I test everyday both glucose and ketones so you do the math. I’ve spent about $300 with you already and I’m probably not going to continue. I do appreciate the fact that they are the cheapest ketone strips as of right now. But I can wait for another company to come out with cheaper ones. Keto is becoming more mainstream and soon you’ll have plenty of competition.
