While I appreciate the precision of the KM and, secondly,the excellent customer service;I maintain there is a design flaw inherent with the device.My experience with the KM is consistently erratic-I hold my breath every time I conduct a test- gluco or keto.For no rhyme or reason, I still get numerous error responses,which means wasted strips and money.I lack confidence in my useage of the KM.I hope this issue will be resolved in the future.I'm certain I'm not alone regarding this experience
