There was a delay in getting the meter because of back-ordered glucose strips. The company, however, shipped the meter and ketones strips with a promise of a discount on future orders. The glucose strips came shortly thereafter. I give them credit for coming up with a solution to make their customers happy and I will definitely remain a customer.
I do think the meters are a bit basic - certainly not very hi-tech but they do what they are supposed to do and the price was right
