I'm not getting reliable results from my meter, at least it seems that way. Even when I get a fairly certain indicator that I am in ketosis with urine strips, I can often get a ""lo"" reading. I don't understand this as I am eating way under 20 net carbs (often 20 carbs and then minus fiber it's in the teens at most) and I have cut protein back to 80 - 90 grams a day. For something that is so expensive to use, I would hope to get more accurate readings. I definitely feel like I am in ketosis even when I get the ""lo"" reading.
