I got this meter as a part of the Completely Keto group. The instructions were easy for the most part. I would suggest a QR code to come with the meter so that it reminds user to look at the videos of how the meter works. I've been on the Keto woe since October and my ketones are only at .3. Hopefully as I become more fat adapted, the number will rise. I don't want to buy another meter to compare, so I'm hopeful this meter is accurate.
