I experienced problems with the product at first and, after contacting customer service, I was able to remedy them. The customer service rep worked with me and she was able to replace the broken products as well as guide me on how to use the items included in my order. My meter did not appear to work according to the enclosed instructions but by watching a video sent by the CSR, I was able to use the product correctly. I am satisfied with my decision to order the product and will continue to frequent the company
