The initial price and usefulness of the product is good. However the included instructions are very unclear, and even watching the video doesn't really help. I have probably wasted 15 sticks trying to get the blood in. I also dont understand what the codes are for and its not made clear why those are important. The included case is also clunky and if I put the device and the sticks tube into the spots they are supposed to go in, it doesnt really close right. It would be better if there were pockets or something. I also dont like pricking myself. I am thinking hard about moving to the ketostix breath device instead, but this product is an somewhat inexpenesive way to test myself so I am happy for that
