Like the web site and the personal touch it presents. Responsiveness is good.
But, control solution is awfully expensive and has only a 90 day life. This isn't consistent with your price points for rest of product. Could make this solution available for less a s a minimum.
Also, would think that you could include a small sample of the control solution with original purchase so one could test unit initially to have assurance that the unit is working and is accurate.
