Everything was great with one exception, that was the fact that customer has to send a request via email to get an invoice for FSA. The request was completed in excelent time frame but I think it would be better for customers if the site had an option to print an invoice from the order status screen. Another option would be to have a checkbox on order screen that would automaticly send request to customer service to generate an invoice and send it to the email or order.
