Ordering is easy, the website is super informative. My only minus is my experience with the lancing device and the test strips. The lancing device would not click in. I kept pulling harder each time, and it wouldn’t set to lock in for it to lance. I finally pulled so hard that the plunger pulled out. That did set it, but it was only good for one lance. In short, the lancing device is defective. Second, the test strips that came with the meter had a 20% failure rate on the glucose strips, and a 10% failure rate on the keto strips. Besides those 2 issues, I would recommend.
