I read the instruction manual and follow along with her videos I found it extremely hard to test my key tones. I wasted 8 strips four different times before I finally was able to video chat with my friend who showed me specifically how to do it. the information on the website was not helpful to me and the instruction manual is incomplete. In numerous emails with the customer service rep they never offered any kind of discount on my keto strips even though I used 8 trying to make it work.
