First of all the customer services are amazing, there was an issue with shipment, but the level and speed of support was really good. Like the app, device is straight-forward, does what it needs to do. If I can think of 3 points to improve: 1. the connecting of the device to the app could be better described, as I struggled with it (in the end resolved by going to iphone settings, selecting Keto-Mojo app and enable bluetooth there). Also could be made more clear that you do not need to try to go bluetooth settings and connect phone to device. 2. Better explanation on how to insert the lancets, as it's not that obvious (actually at a first glance they don't even seem to fit). Ideally you should just push them as far as possible, so you don't need to 'guess' how far to insert them.. 3. The measuring method - add a clear comment that you should not put blood on the strip, but dip the strip into the blood. one more wish, maybe further integration with other tools, like Cronometer.com.
