I had had problems drawing blood to test my glucose and ketones with the Keto-Mojo meter. I was wasting strips and pricking my fingers three or four times to get a reading. After a previous poor review of the product Keto-Mojo support reached out to me with clear instructions in text and video and a series of emails answering my questions. For three days now I have had no problems and used one glucose and one ketone strip to get a reading. I can even get both glucose and ketone measures from one finger prick, and it is less painful. Hold the hand flat, wait to draw the blood a few seconds, set the lancing device to a lower setting. I am now quite satisfied with both the meter, the strips, and especially the excellent support.
