It took too long to make contact with Keto-Mojo. I explained That I had a defective Bluetooth dongle in an email but received no reply. I tried twice with the same result. If you are backed up with calls maybe a computer response with questions about returns would be more efficient than having to make phones calls. Overall, I am pleased with my Keto-Mojo monitor. I look forward to getting a working Bluetooth dongle.
