Terrible customer service. Device doesn't work and written instructions are worthless. You have to watch the videos to use it, but there are many videos for multiple products and you have to hunt and search for correct video, in the correct order. Called customer service, long hold and no one is available. Left msg it didn't work and requested RGA to return device. Got email telling me to call for help. Did not give RGA number. Frustrating.
