There is a steep learning curve with this product and the videos are really hard to follow, so not much help (too fast!) After 10 days of trial and error, much confusion, and wasting a lot of strips because of error messages, I've finally got it. Please make your instructions clearer. A woman from the company called and left a voice mail that clearly told me how to do it. Let her do the videos. P.S. people hate "instructions" that are just a bunch of diagrams. Take the time to write the instructions clearly and include FAQs with clear answers. Also have a person answering your customer service number, not a voice mail.
