Last week we had a new front door, frame and side panel fitted. Wow! what a difference it has made. From initial enquiries, meeting with Ben who was so helpful with advice, then visiting the excellent showroom to firm up our ideas with Ben to the fitting with Andy, Kettell have been nothing short of excellent. Ben was clear, calm, not at all pushy and meeting him at the showroom was so helpful to see the doors & glass etc 'in the flesh'! Andy was our fitter and worked steadily through the day to produce a great finish. He cleaned up thoroughly as he went along and also kindly sorted an existing niggle we had with our porch door. We were also kept well informed of installation date and arrangements by Jo. We thoroughly recommend Kettell!
