After a winter covered in a Kettler cover my mini fire-pit table top was scratched. I contacted Kettler who within 1 hour responded that they would replace the table.
The next day a date for delivery was arranged for the replacement and it was delivered on the date promised.
Unfortunately, 1 of the glass screws arrived without a thread - once again following an email to Kettler, a replacement screw was in the mail.
I cannot praise Kettler support enough for their prompt service and efficiency.
