I don’t normally write reviews but good customer service is rare so when you get it I feel you should comment. I have had my Elba low set for nearly 3 years and it still looks great , thanks to the Kettler cover(definitely worth the extra) but the reason I’m writing this review is because of the excellent service I received from Kat. When I set up the coffee table this year I realised it had lost one of the screw in leg levellers and within 24 hours of contacting customer service, Kat had sourced the bit I needed despite new ones not being in stock and posted it to me free of charge. I am so grateful. It really shows that Kettler value their customers. Highly recommend and many thanks Kat
