Bad food and bad service means that I no longer eat here. I went to a branch where the staff were unknowledgeable about deals, had poor English, short-changed me and forgot to issue the drink. The chicken was overcooked and the chips were mostly bad. A special offer had finished despite still being live on the website. The food was usually below par whichever branch you went to. The Colonel must be turning in his grave!
