I ordered a meal for 2 adults and our grandchildren. I am partially disabled so asked for table service. When ready she shouted our number. Then said can you come and get it. 3 staff stood doing nothing watched me collect it . 2 visits for it all. I said I ordered table service. They never apologised or anything.”

“Bad food and bad service means that I no longer eat here. I went to a branch where the staff were unknowledgeable about deals, had poor English, short-changed me and forgot to issue the drink. The chicken was overcooked and the chips were mostly bad. A special offer had finished despite still being live on the website. The food was usually below par whichever branch you went to. “Disappointed with KFC Collier Row's Hot Wings Offer
I recently visited the KFC outlet in Collier Row excited to indulge in their hot wings offer, only to leave feeling disappointed and unsatisfied. Despite the enticing promotion, my experience was marred by a significant oversight in the selection of wings provided.
Upon receiving my order, I noticed that instead of a balanced mix of wing pieces, I was given solely flat parts, or what some might refer to as the tail parts. This lack of variety greatly detracted from my enjoyment of the meal.
When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, I was met with indifference. Despite my polite request for a mix of wing pieces, or at the very least an acknowledgment of the discrepancy, no effort was made to address the issue.
As a loyal customer of KFC, I expect consistency in both the quality of food and customer service across all outlets. Unfortunately, my experience at the Collier Row branch fell short of these expectations.
In the future, I hope the management takes proactive steps to ensure that all customers receive a fair and satisfying portion of hot wings, regardless of their preferred wing piece. Until then, I'm hesitant to revisit this particular location.”

“Very disappointed. My friends and I went through the drive-through on a saturday night. Unfortunately, due to the traffic we couldnt hear the operator. Although, we tried to speak very clearly he wasnt able to full hear us probably.
This resulted in us driving to the window to confirming our order. When we arrived at the window seconds later he explained he cancelled our order and stated we would have to drive back aound to make an order.
