“Very disappointed. My friends and I went through the drive-through on a saturday night. Unfortunately, due to the traffic we couldnt hear the operator. Although, we tried to speak very clearly he wasnt able to full hear us probably.
This resulted in us driving to the window to confirming our order. When we arrived at the window seconds later he explained he cancelled our order and stated we would have to drive back aound to make an order.
We explained we wouldnt be able to do this as we had already made an order. He was rude then All of a sudden his colleague came and gave us our order.”
“Ordered 10 piece wicked variety bucket from Falkirk restaurant , 1 sauce available no tissues was offered in staffs words loo roll,drove home 4miles family hungry, opened box bit into a piece batter fell off looked at chicken piece and noticed it was pink and stringy, tried to phone restaurant phone number on receipt no answer after 3 attempts, poor service all round all the way from order to customer care will never purchase a kfc again”

“Never trust this KFC & deliveroo! They are so bad. I haven't received my order. I gave them a clear instruction to buzz on my flat. And they've got my number to text me. I've just got a message on their site portal that the rider is outside my door but no one was there. No text, no call or knocking the door! “Ordered online and turned up to collect. Checked in at car park and as I approached restaurant there was a sign up saying it was closed due to staff shortages. KFC still took my money for food I couldn't collect.
To be fair from past experience of this restaurant some of the items I ordered would have been missing from the bag anyway. Avoid at all costs

“Terrible experience that is hard to describe, I can't actually find words to describe this experience at the Byker (Newcastle upon Tyne) Store. Firstly Because Myself, my wife and our son are having to isolate due to a positive test for Covid -19 within our household we are having to rely on family shopping for us ETC as many other people have too and is simply the way things are. However on Monday 04-01-2021 I experienced the worst retail experience that I have ever had in my 51 years of being alive with the KFC at Byker in Newcastle upon Tyne. I have to say "disgrace" is a compliment to the person who dealt with our problem as I don't think there is a word that actually describes his attitude or abillity to deal with a customer problem, if I knew of a word that was ten times worse than disgrace I would use it but unfortunately I can't so disgrace will have to do. Firstly my father in law kindly offered to go and get us a KFC and deliver it for us which was great as we have been isolating all over Xmas, unfortunately when he arrived at our house there was a full meal missing from the order. (Not just fries or a piece of chicken etc, a full meal). so we called the store and spoke to the rudest individual available (Must be a KFC thing) who in no uncertain terms accused us of lying and and trying to get a free meal. at this point we corrected this inexperienced person and advised him he was incorrect, unfortunately he carelesly disagreed and threatened to call the police (for some strange reason) then he hung up. As you can imagine the story did not end there I called back and had a long discussion with the same person about how to behave as a adult which I will not bore you with, however I am now being referred to someone at KFC head office regarding this matter such is the seriousness of my experience with this store”

“Recently visited the branch in Exeter, Devon, Sidewall Street. Was late evening, not busy at all. The server I noticed wasn't smiling, greeting or even talking to the customers. When my turn I approached the counter and waited. He didn't smile, greet or make any attempt at conversation. I decided not to engage either, and just stared at him....until he spoke to ask "yes?"..... laughable. I felt like saying "look mate, it's not my fault you're doing this job and if you don't like it, why don't you go elsewhere?"...".you're not doing me any favours"The problem with this particular branch though, is that on general the service is always SHOCKING and if it wasn't for the fact that I LOVE KFC, and there aren't that many to choose from in my area, I would NEVER go back.
