Recently visited the branch in Exeter, Devon, Sidewall Street. Was late evening, not busy at all. The server I noticed wasn't smiling, greeting or even talking to the customers. When my turn I approached the counter and waited. He didn't smile, greet or make any attempt at conversation. I decided not to engage either, and just stared at him....until he spoke to ask "yes?"..... laughable. I felt like saying "look mate, it's not my fault you're doing this job and if you don't like it, why don't you go elsewhere?"...".you're not doing me any favours"The problem with this particular branch though, is that on general the service is always SHOCKING and if it wasn't for the fact that I LOVE KFC, and there aren't that many to choose from in my area, I would NEVER go back. I mean WHY WOULD I? EPIC FAIL.
