I purchased the S2188 model for my daughter when received instructions book was completely useless had to find the online instructions which toke 3 days then had a problem with the battery held its charge for 4 hours and then would no longer charge after finally arguing to get an exchange I was told I'd get a refund I was refunded 19.89 which I had to argue with for a further 5 days until I finally got a full refund which still was only at the price of £85 which left me at a loss of £10. My daughter really loved the product and I will be getting her another one just not from here. Complete time wasters
