This process of buying a bike for my 3 year old couldn't have been better. I cam across Kidvelo whilst researching best 14 inch wheeled bikes and having found no reviews of them I decided to ring them to ask some questions. I spoke with Karen, one of the directors for 15 minutes about the bike and how it compares to other well known brands. Karen's honesty and knowledge sold me the bike in an instant. The bike arrived and there was a minor issue that Karen rectified in a matter of minutes. Absolutely first class company, will be recommending to everyone.
