Having had major allergic reaction to an eye cream that I bought from the Selfridge’s store and returned it promptly, regrettably Staff at Selfridge’s store in London were very dismissive and uninterested. When I insisted that it should be forwarded to the head office and for them to deal with the matter, subsequently have attempted to call the head office on two separate occasions but I am still awaiting communication from them to no avail. Poor product and unprofessional staff !
