“Worst online experience. Ordered on 14/7 nothing received by 28/7 so contacted them for a third time and they emailed to say that a refund would be processed. Then on 31/7 emailed to say that order had been shipped. Company and online agents are a shambles”
“Having had major allergic reaction to an eye cream that I bought from the Selfridge’s store and returned it promptly, regrettably Staff at Selfridge’s store in London were very dismissive and uninterested. When I insisted that it should be forwarded to the head office and for them to deal with the matter, subsequently have attempted to call the head office on two separate occasions but I am still awaiting communication from them to no avail. Poor product and unprofessional staff !”
“I placed my order on 26 of November. Didn't receive it, emailed and got no response initially. I called customer service they, they told me DPD has delivered my parcel 3 times, but I have not been at home. I was waiting them at home, checking tracker. Absolutly awful service. Now I am waiting refund already 10 days, customer service promis me refund in 7 day.Never buy from them!”
