They shipped my item without the monogramming I paid for. I had to go back and forth with them, worst communication and they wouldn’t even ship my item until I went into the shop to return the item they sent out incorrectly. Wouldn’t you do the right thing by your customer and just wear the f***ing cost for your f***ing error. Don’t buy from this selfish, greedy company!
