“They shipped my item without the monogramming I paid for. I had to go back and forth with them, worst communication and they wouldn’t even ship my item until I went into the shop to return the item they sent out incorrectly. Wouldn’t you do the right thing by your customer and just wear the f***ing cost for your f***ing error. Don’t buy from this selfish, greedy company!”
“Kikki-k used to be amazing, but it is dreadful now. Ever since Kristina left, the brand has gone down hill, the quality is rubbish. Plus they don’t answer DM’s, I have so far been ignored after countless messages to them which I am quite unhappy about. They have been posting, so they would have seen my messages but I am guessing they have chosen to ignore me.”
