worst customer service ever!!!
I made an order online from france. In the website it is mentioned "retour gratuit" Then when I ask to exchange a product because the description in the website is very different than the reality they ask me to send it back to Italy from france!!! And the fees are on me so how is it a retour gratuit in this case?
In the store they say it is possible to exchange but you need a code from the customer service and the Customer service simply refuse!
