“I bought an advent calendar in a shop on holiday for 130 euros. At home I found that in my calendar two of the drawers are identical and contain identical products. It means that I had each of the 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 boxes twice, and 17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24 are missing.
Customer support sent me the address where I sent the calendar, but the package was not received. They refused to receive it!
It takes them a long time to reply, they send confused emails, it has been going on for almost a month and they are unable to resolve it!
I really hope I ever get my money back :((( even the postage for the complaint I had to pay myself and it cost more than 20 euro.

“Today I had a bad experience in Kiko Doha Landmark just 1 hour ago. I was requesting from the sales associate a balm that is nourishing and hydrating because my lips r too dry. In the time of purchase I went to bring my card and I came back I found the two ladies laughing out loud and saying and talking about it "hhh she should care about her lips". In the website it is mentioned "retour gratuit" Then when I ask to exchange a product because the description in the website is very different than the reality they ask me to send it back to Italy from france!!! And the fees are on me so how is it a retour gratuit in this case?

“Hi, for my birthday my husband got me a gift from your shop which included lipsticks and one lip gloss.
I didnt like / or try the lipsticks
I only opened to check the color
But once I didn't like the color I went to exchange it at the shop. I had the receipt and I had the un-used lipsticks but once I got there none of the staff treated me well.
They judged the color of the lipsticks my husband got and said "who gets these colors" instead of helping me exchange it and they did not believe that I didnt use it.
They also judged the fact that my husband put the recipet in the kiko bag, this is horrible customer service, made me uncomfortable and mad by how cheap they treated me instead of helping me.
None of the lipsticks were used on my lips or hands or anything. Just opened carefully to see the color incase i wanted exchange.
I read on Google and on your website that you could exchange with in 14 days. I came 2 days later yet I got treated this way?

“I really like the Kiko products but after my encounter with their customer service I'm not sure if I will ever use their webshop again. May 18th I placed 2 orders and paid them with Sofort. After a couple days, it occured to me that I hadn't received any confirmation of these orders. I found a link to the Belgian customer service, which is located in France (??), and explained them my situation. We exchanged several e-mails, I gave them a copy of the bank statements where the 2 amounts were debited from my account. They asked my data for the refund and then all of the sudden July 11th they tell me they can't find my money!! WTF?! 110€ were deducted from my account and now they are floating in banking heaven?! Logics says this is impossible.
We're almost two months later, I've written several e-mails to Kiko, they keep telling me I can't get my money back, I keep telling they have to take a more profound look at their bank account. I've contacted Sofort, who can't help me, they keep referring to Kiko. My bank can only tell me the money is transferred to the German Kiko account.
I'm now considering to file a complaint for theft, it seems to be the only option left.”
