Order took a week to come not 2-3 days as stated. I had to constantly ring Kilkenny shop customer services to find out where my order was. I was told when they went to find out that THE WORKERS IN THE WAREHOUSE REMEMBERED MY ORDER BUT HAD NO RECORD OF WHERE IT WAS !!!!! THEY WERE CLUELESS TO WHETHER MY ORDER WAS SENT OUT & PICKED UP BY COURIER OR NOT. THEN I WAS TOLD ILL KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR IT !!!!!! I received no email from Kilkenny Shop as promised when my order was finally dispatched !!!! After yet more phone calls which cost me a lot of money from me to find out about my order I was told rather rudely YOU COULD HAVE EMAILED FREE !!!!!! I HAD ALREADY EMAILED BUT MY EMAIL WAS TOTALLY IGNORED !!!!!! I THEN HAD TO RING THE COURIER OFFICE TO FIND OUT IF MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED BY THEM. AFTER FINDING THIS OUT MYSELF I AGAIN RANG KILKENNY SHOP CUSTOMER SERVICE & TOLD THEM THIS & REMINDED THEM AGAIN I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAIL FROM THEM. PHONE CALLS ARE NOT FREE & SHOULD NOT BE NECESSARY. I HAD TO RING AGAIN TO GET MY TRACKING ORDER WHICH THEY WERE TO EMAIL TO ME BUT THEY DID NOT. HOURS LATER THEY EMAILED WITH THIS WHICH I ALREADY HAD TO FIND OUT MYSELF. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR & ALSO THE DISPATCH AREA IS VERY VERY POOR AS THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY RECORD OF WHERE MY ORDER WAS. I FINALLY RECEIVED MY ORDER ONE WEEK LATER. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE CONSTANTLY RINGING UP TO FIND OUT WHERE MY ORDER WAS & TO GET TRACKING NUMBER. THIS IS RIDICULOUS & MAYBE FURTHER STAFF TRAINING WOULD TRAIN STAFF UP TO DO WHAT THEY ARE PAID TO DO. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
