I had requested delivery on 12th. It did not arrive. I had left a note on front door IF OUT DELIVER NEXT DOOR NO 33.
I had several emails with GLS and Kk design
When the delivery arrived 5 days later.an O K mug was in oieces due to complete lack of packing. .
