The quality control needs a lot of improvement, 1 out 2 pictures arrived with a damage frame, was told to return to exchange, but because we live in the UK, more hassle than it's worth, I have to pay for the return postage and claim it back, don't think so.
The pictures should have arrived in perfect condition, if they had been damaged in transit different story, but this has been sent out damaged, not acceptable.
