The shopping was easy and delivery to the US was quick. The Voya hair products were not the same quality I had used at the Lough Eske Castle which prompted me to order the pricey shampoo and conditioner. The items I bought did not moisturize my hair at all, the conditioner was terrible.
I wasn't sure if a return was possible, if it is I would like to return the items as I am not using them past the first try.
