I live in the U.S. and had purchased items in the store in the past. Since then I've ordered a few things (clothing, jewelry, housewares) over the years and have always been happy with the items. My most recent purchase included a baking dish, which arrived broken. After one email (with photos), I had a new dish within 2 weeks. The customer service is amazing! Thank you!
