I bought a jacket from you online. The wrong size was sent and I contacted you to ask how to return it. I did what you said and now the jacket has been sitting in customs in Dublin for three weeks and nothing is happening. I have neither coat nor money and you have ignored my last 2 emails. Don't pretend you care about customer satisfaction - you are the worst shop I have EVER dealt with. Please send me a refund now.
